License

This Application is distributed as open source software under the applicable open source license. Your use, reproduction, and distribution of the Application are governed by that license.

Intellectual Property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, logos, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not grant any right to use the Service Provider's branding. You agree not to remove or modify copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms. Where possible, you will receive written notice and have 14 days to remedy the breach. If the breach is not remedied, access may be terminated.

Immediate suspension or termination may occur without notice where required by law, including cases involving illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property, or conduct that may harm users or the Service Provider.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you must delete all copies from your devices.

You must be legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction. Users must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent). If younger, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms.

User Content & Acceptable Use

If the Application allows user-generated content, you agree not to post content that:

• Violates laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains abuse, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activity.
• Contains spam, phishing, or malware.
• Violates the privacy or personal data of others.
• Is false, deceptive, or misleading.
• Contains explicit violence or sexual content unless appropriately permitted.

The Service Provider may:

• Remove content that violates these Terms.
• Suspend or terminate repeat offenders.
• Cooperate with law enforcement where required.
• Moderate, filter, or restrict content.

Content may be visible to other users or publicly depending on Application features.

Reports regarding unlawful or infringing content may be sent to zvracy13@gmail.com. Please include enough information to identify the reported content.

Users affected by moderation decisions may request a review using the same contact address. Decisions will be reviewed within a reasonable period where applicable.

By submitting content, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt that content solely in connection with operating and improving the Application.

You confirm that you own or have permission to share the content you upload.

Personal data contained within user content is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Do not upload personal information belonging to others without permission.

Application Use

The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce charges at any time. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated.

The Application stores and processes personal data necessary to provide its services. You are responsible for securing your device.

Rooting or jailbreaking your device is discouraged, as it may compromise security and prevent the Application from functioning properly.

Certain features require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by unavailable Wi-Fi, exhausted mobile data, roaming charges, or device battery limitations.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Nothing limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Application during the previous twelve months, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Service Provider against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or intentional misuse of the Application.

This does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence or violations of applicable law.

Updates

The Service Provider may update, discontinue, or modify the Application at any time. Future versions may require newer operating systems. Older versions may eventually lose support.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Digital Services Act (DSA)

Where the Application qualifies as an intermediary service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, additional DSA obligations apply.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the Application.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting zvracy13@gmail.com.
